Features: "An imaginative adventure wandering between Celtic legends and the Arthurian epic." — French author Jean-Louis Fediard
The Kingdom of Udel struggles between Queen Igel, a devout believer, and Queen Léanai, finally deciding to return the sacred sword to the dwarves and restore the ancient order. However, Queen Léanai, living in isolation on the mystical Avalon Island with her daughter Morgaine and the mysterious Merlin, is she willing to risk her life again for Udel's love? The world is thrown into chaos. The goblin army of the Dark Lands advances steadily toward humanity and the remaining elven race, preparing to annihilate their disunited enemies. Weak and helpless, humanity once again seeks aid from the elves, pleading for the forest-dwelling nation to rescue them. The genius storyteller Jean-Louis Fediard, perfectly accomplishes a stunning conclusion. Now, the world is trembling in turmoil. Perhaps one day in the future, we will remember a golden age in ancient times when the four tribes of the goddess lived happily under peace, at least the world was in harmony then, and each tribe survived thanks to the treasures they held. The sword of the god Nud, also known as the Sword of the King, was given to the dwarves. Falria belongs to humanity, and when a true king approaches, this sacred stone whispers. The monster tribe inherited the bloody spear of the god Lug, while the elves possess the Dagda Cauldron, representing the god of wisdom. This is the beginning of the world. Remember, do not believe in those so-called myths. The truth is: it is humanity, not the treacherous and malicious dwarves, who disrupted the balance of the world. Humanity and their newly founded religion repeatedly shout that they are a specially chosen race, with an unparalleled status that no other tribe can surpass: one land, one true god, one king. They say this, then commit the infamous, vile acts in the name of this one true god, acts that are known to all. As the tide of history flows, this atrocity gradually fades into oblivion. Humanity stole the Sword of the King from the dwarves and blamed the elves for the crime. The old king Pellinor and his chief minister, the Duke of Gaul, Count Chancelier, paid with their lives for this shameless conspiracy, yet the sin has taken root in the hearts of men. Whether it is Queen Léanai of the highland elves in the forest of Bercilak, the human knight Udel, who becomes a twin dragon due to his love for Léanai, or the priest Merlin, none can stop the war, hatred, and destruction centered around the Kingdom of Rogues. The dwarves, stripped of their treasures, have begun to fade away; their magnificent mountain kingdoms have collapsed, and in the villages of humanity, strange-looking infants are born, resembling both humans and dwarves as if the two tribes had merged. At this moment, the war has ceased, but the dwarves' treasures remain unreturned. True peace has not yet arrived.
