The book consists of 10 chapters. Chapters 1 and 2 were written by Pan Xiuli, Chapter 3 by Zheng Haiying, Chapter 4 by Dang Hong, Chapters 5 and 6 by Xu Huiling, Chapters 7 and 8 by Bai Weiqiu, and Chapters 9 and 10 by Gao Lu. The entire book was compiled and finalized by Bai Weiqiu and Pan Xiuli. The features of this book are its concise and clear exposition of relevant content, as well as its comprehensive coverage. It can serve as a textbook for economics and management majors in higher education institutions and also provide learning references for professionals engaged in corporate management and financial management. Due to limited expertise, any inaccuracies in the book are kindly requested by readers to be pointed out for revision and supplementation in future editions.
