What should I do if I have continuous uterine bleeding after a cesarean section?

Patient's question:

Female, 28 years old, had vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse 35 days after cesarean section, without fever or odor. The blood flow has been heavy, and at 60 days, she noticed that two pieces of tissue were discharged; no fever, no odor in the blood, occasional stomach pain similar to menstrual cramps. An abdominal ultrasound was performed at 55 days, showing normal size and shape of the uterus, regular contour, uneven echo of the uterine wall, endometrium on the left side, 1.2 cm thick, increased echo 12-15. At 15:33:19, left ovary 2.9x2.4cm, right ovary 3.2x3.2cm.
Past treatment and effectiveness: None.
Please help take a look at what the cause might be and how to treat it?

Doctor's answer:

Holding on for the past month, the ultrasound examination showed no obvious abnormalities. It is preliminarily considered to be caused by premature coitus, as coitus is generally not recommended for three months after a cesarean section. Premature coitus, especially when lochia has not yet completely subsided, as seen from your symptoms, can lead to the discharge of bacteria from the uterus, causing infection, pelvic effusion, and it is recommended to go to the hospital for intravenous infusion. For severe cases of cesarean section, it is advised to seek medical attention immediately and treat according to the doctor's advice. Avoid using medication blindly to prevent worsening the condition. The above suggestions are for reference only.
