Features: This book is a reference tool for studying the issues of overseas Chinese. It includes research papers and materials on overseas Chinese studies published in Chinese journals in China and abroad from 1996 to 2000. It is one of the more comprehensive and complete reference tools for studying overseas Chinese issues published in China. In recent years, it has become more difficult to find materials, making it particularly important to have a reference tool that provides clues for research. This index includes six major parts: overseas Chinese studies, political issues of overseas Chinese, economic issues of overseas Chinese, sociocultural issues of overseas Chinese, historical studies of overseas Chinese, and materials on overseas Chinese figures. The index collects approximately 5,800 entries from nearly 200 publications, limited to those held by the South Seas Research Institute of Xiamen University and the library collections of Xiamen University.
