Features: Since the mid-1980s, especially after the end of the Cold War, with the rapid development of economic globalization, a legislative movement centered on liberalization has swept through the international economic field, encompassing unilateral, bilateral, regional, and multilateral levels, and has preliminarily established a global free market order system. This book is an interdisciplinary study on the fundamental issues of international economic legal liberalization, grounded in economics, international relations theory, and political science. The main text explores several key issues of international economic legal liberalization, including: from an economic perspective, revealing why recent international economic legal liberalization has been primarily characterized by "liberalization" rather than "anti-liberalization"; from the perspective of international relations theory, explaining why different types of countries have shifted from "confrontation" to a recent attitude of "cooperation"; from the perspective of the evolution of economic sovereignty, revealing that the participation of countries themselves is an intrinsic motivation for international economic legal liberalization, as it is part of the traditional institutional transformation process of economic sovereignty in the context of economic globalization; and from the perspective of political philosophy, finding the correct developmental path for international economic legal liberalization, which, while pursuing formal "procedural justice" in legislation, has a dilemma of lacking "social justice." Additionally, the book proposes predictions and prospects for the further development of international economic legal liberalization.
