The joint conference of chairmen of joint-stock commercial banks has a theme every year, focusing on discussing overall, strategic, forward-looking, and practical issues and hot topics. Currently, capital constraints have become the most prominent practical contradiction in China's joint-stock commercial banks, directly affecting their future sustainable development. Under capital constraints, how to accelerate operational transformation and achieve an early transition from traditional extensive growth to intensive growth, taking a new path with lower capital consumption and higher operational efficiency, is a major practical challenge facing the managers of China's joint-stock commercial banks.
