Features: The purpose of compiling this book is to enable process personnel in cement enterprises to systematically understand the factors affecting the performance of refractory materials, such as selection, design, and construction of refractories, and to take responsibility for the selection and matching of refractories, brick type design and construction, operation, and maintenance in cement enterprises, contributing a small part to the structural adjustment and development of the cement industry. During the compilation, emphasis was placed on the combination of theory and practice, highlighting its applicability, creating conditions for the use of technical personnel in cement enterprises. In the process of compilation, relevant academic conference materials, articles on refractory materials in the cement industry, and research achievements were referred to. Special thanks are extended to the relevant authors. Due to the rapid development of refractory materials and the limited level of the compilers as well as the incomplete of the materials, it is difficult to compile a systematic, comprehensive, and advanced technical reference book. This book can be used as a reference for technical personnel in cement enterprises, as well as for teachers and students in higher education institutions of building materials.
