Do you have a chance to get pregnant with endometriosis?

Patient's question:

I have had secondary dysmenorrhea for 6 years, with pain ranging from severe to mild. During my period, I experience rectal fullness and pain. They said it might be endometriosis, but I haven't seen a doctor yet.
Test results: None.
History of treatment and effectiveness: None.
What kind of help I need: I want to know the chances of pregnancy for patients with endometriosis or adenomyosis, and what treatment should be done.

Doctor's answer:

When the endometrial tissue with growth function reappears in other parts of the body outside the exposed mucosa of the uterine cavity, it is called endometriosis. Intrinsic ectopia refers to ectopia within the uterine muscle layer, known as adenomyosis. While existing medical treatments for endometriosis have a certain effect in stabilizing the symptoms caused by the disease, they do not show significant effectiveness as a primary treatment in improving pregnancy rates for endometriosis patients.
