What should I do if I have continuous uterine bleeding after a cesarean section?

Patient's question:

Female, 28 years old, had vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse 35 days post Cesarean section, without fever or odor. The blood flow has been heavy, and at 60 days, she noticed passing two pieces of tissue. No fever, no odor, occasional abdominal pain similar to menstrual cramps.
Abdominal ultrasound at 55 days showed normal size and shape of the uterus, regular contour, slightly uneven echo of the uterine wall, endometrium on the left side, 1.2 cm thick, increased echo 12-15.
Left ovary: 2.9x2.4 cm
Right ovary: 3.2x3.2 cm
Previous treatment history and effectiveness: None
Please help me understand the cause and how to treat it.

Doctor's answer:

Holding on for the past month, the ultrasound examination indicated no obvious abnormalities. It is preliminarily considered to be due to premature coitus, as coitus is generally not recommended for three months after a cesarean section. Premature coitus, especially when lochia has not yet completely subsided, can lead to cervical discharge exiting the uterus and causing infection, resulting in pelvic effusion. It is recommended to go to the hospital for intravenous treatment. For severe cases of cesarean section, it is advised to seek medical attention immediately and follow the doctor's advice for prompt treatment. Avoid using medication blindly to prevent worsening the condition. The above suggestions are for reference only.
