Features: To meet the needs of the development of music education in our country, we were commissioned by the Ministry of Education to compile this textbook according to the Ministry's "Teaching Plan for Art Departments in Normal Universities" and the "Teaching Syllabus for Choral Music." It is intended for use in choral music courses at normal universities. Choral music is a compulsory course for music majors, and through teaching and practice, it aims to cultivate students' ability to perform multi-part choral music, as well as master the knowledge and training methods of choral music, laying a solid foundation for future music teaching and choral activities. This textbook consists of two main parts: choral songs and choral knowledge. The choral songs include historical songs of different levels and styles, modern composed songs, adapted folk songs, and foreign songs, divided into four categories. In addition to unaccompanied choral music, each song is accompanied by a piano score for ease of use in teaching or performances. This textbook is also suitable for professional choral groups to choose from.
