How to treat postpartum wind?

Patient's question:

I first started being afraid of wind when my knees were cold in summer, and I couldn't sleep due to aching pain during rainy and cloudy days. Later, it developed to all the joints in my lower limbs being afraid of wind in all four seasons.
Five or six years ago, I had an abortion, and since it was winter, I might have caught a cold, which already made me afraid of wind.
Treatment history and effectiveness: In the past, I thought it was arthritis and would use ointments to relieve the pain. Later, when it worsened, I went to the hospital, had my rheumatoid factor checked, and it wasn’t rheumatoid arthritis. The doctor then said it might be rheumatism and that there was no special medicine for it. When the pain worsened, I would take phenol-based drugs to relieve it.
Later, I drank ant ant wine and tried some folk remedies for rheumatism, but they didn’t have much effect.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, this lady, your symptoms are typical of postpartum rheumatic symptoms, also known as postpartum illness or postpartum disease. In fact, they are all the same illness, collectively referred to as postpartum disease. The main reason is that during the postpartum period after giving birth or having a miscarriage, you did not pay attention to proper care, leading to the infiltration of a large amount of wind, dampness, and cold into your body, which has now caused your symptoms to reappear. Lastly, patients should develop good daily habits, maintain a regular sleep schedule, avoid smoking and alcohol, and increase physical exercise to enhance their immunity and prevent the recurrence of the condition.
