Chapter 6: Central State Organizational System primarily analyzes the nature, status, composition, and powers of the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee, the President, the State Council, the Central Military Commission, the Supreme People's Court, and the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
Chapter 7: Local State Organizational System primarily discusses issues related to the People's Congresses at all levels, local people's governments at all levels, local courts and procuratorates at all levels, autonomous organs in ethnic autonomous regions, and organs in Special Administrative Regions.
Chapter 8: Basic Rights and Obligations of the State primarily elaborates on the concepts, categories, characteristics, and principles of exercising the basic rights and obligations of citizens.
Chapter 9: Creation and Implementation of the Constitution primarily discusses the formulation of the constitution, the amendment of the constitution, the interpretation of the constitution, constitutional conventions, constitutional supervision, and the implementation of the constitution.
