Features: Words of the World is a major work, though brief; Words of the World "opens new realms for the art of ci poetry," though the works are few. Compared to the verbose and heavily cited works of experts, the former is a concise and accessible book by a well-rounded scholar. Compared to the derivative style of those who follow the path of Meng Chuang, the latter is the philosophical poetry of a mind attuned to the inner self. A well-rounded scholar has a vast and open mind. Their learning is comprehensive and penetrating, enabling them to reveal the essence of things. Their strength is enough to set trends, and they can break through and clear away confusion. A philosopher is close to ideals, embodies nature, transcends worldly truths, and seeks the promotion of truth. Their inward and outward journeys, their reflections on the past and grief for the present, may be unknown to the multitude. Whether a well-rounded scholar or a philosopher, they may be one or a few in a generation, or one or a few over several generations. Jing'an embodies both, and their path is consistent. Thus, in his later years, he wrote: "A great poet, a great scholar, a greater philosopher. The light of the four reflections illuminates the heart. Who would say that the subtle words end today? A filial son to his family, a pure minister to his country, a pioneer of the world. A single sorrow for knowing friends, must the world weep for this master." This book is a simulated reproduction of the manuscripts of Words of the World and Words of the World by Mr. Wang Guowei, preserved in the Rare Book and Manuscript Department of the National Library. It provides enthusiasts and admirers with the opportunity to see the true handwriting of Mr. Jing'an, while offering researchers valuable materials to genuinely appreciate the academic interests of Mr. Wang Guowei.
