Features: The birthplace of the great thinker Gong Zizhen. Ma Po Lane, located south of Qing Tai Street in the middle section and north of Jiefang Road, connects to the eastern bank of Tuqiao River. Initially named Ma Po Lane in the early Song Dynasty, it was officially renamed Ma Po Lane in the Ming Dynasty. During the Cultural Revolution, it was temporarily renamed "New People's Lane," but the original name was restored after the Cultural Revolution.
