Is it possible to cure non-specific vulvitis?

Patient's question:

My wife told me today that she has a very itchy sensation down there, and I'm worried she might have some kind of illness. So I quickly took her to the hospital to register and get treated. The doctor said it's non-specific vulvitis, but I don't understand what that is. So I want to ask if there's a chance of curing non-specific vulvitis? And what are the approximate treatment costs?

Doctor's answer:

Non-specific vulvitis is caused by frequent irritation of the vulvar area and surrounding skin and mucous membranes by urine and menstrual blood. In treatment, first rule out blood sugar issues. If blood sugar is normal, you can soak in potassium permanganate solution (color similar to spinach water, not too concentrated) and clean twice a day. If the skin and mucous membranes change again, you can apply erythromycin ointment externally. For severe redness and swelling, red light therapy can be used. Daily personal hygiene, avoiding tight clothing, and maintaining dryness and ventilation in the area can help prevent recurrence.
