Part III: Introduces the legal system of international investment, including the legal systems of capital-importing countries, capital-exporting countries, and international investment protection.
Part IV: Explores the legal system of international finance, focusing on legal systems related to private financing, international securities, international payments, and international financial regulation.
Part V: Studies the legal system of international taxation, covering issues such as tax jurisdiction, international double taxation and avoidance methods, and the prevention of international tax evasion.
Part VI: Elaborates on the legal system of international economic dispute resolution, such as international commercial arbitration, the dispute resolution mechanism of the World Trade Organization, and the resolution of investment disputes between states and their nationals.
