Features: This "Guidance Book" was compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security for formulating national occupational standards and building question banks. Its content mainly consists of four parts: "Occupational Overview," "Occupational Training," "Vocational Skill Assessment," and "Assessment Question Bank." These parts provide qualitative descriptions of technical levels, work environments, and occupational competency characteristics; they also offer guiding specifications for training duration, instructors, facilities, equipment, and training program outlines. The key focus of this book is the written question bank. The question bank includes typical and representative theoretical knowledge (including skill written tests) questions and skill operation questions, which are selected based on the "Regulations for Vocational Skill Assessment in the People's Republic of China·Electric Power Industry" and the work characteristics of this occupation (trade). Sample question papers and question compilation plans are also provided. The "Guidance Book" serves as the basis for vocational skill training and skill assessment question setting, and is available for use by labor and personnel management personnel, vocational skill training, and assessment personnel. It can also be used as a reference for teaching in electric (hydroelectric) vocational and technical schools and for learning by enterprise workers.
