Features: This book is a 21st Century Curriculum Textbook for the Ministry of Education and a National Planning Textbook for the 15th Five-Year Plan. Compared to the previous edition, the main adjustments of the second edition include:
1. On the basis of further highlighting the characteristics of the tourism industry and enterprises, the entire book is restructured into four major parts: Basic, Micro, Macro, and Trends, from a logical framework.
2. New cases and data are added to the original book. All cases are comprehensively compiled from the author's analysis of public reports in relevant media, as well as field investigations conducted during the author's specialized research.
3. The "Appendix" of the original book is supplemented and updated with newly promulgated regulations and laws, providing readers with a more comprehensive and clear understanding of the management regulations of the tourism industry.
4. Based on the current market and industry development status, the definitions of travel agencies and travel agency products are expanded: A "broadly defined travel agency" is "a business that purchases, develops, and packages the products of tourism suppliers to provide services for travelers to achieve safe, comfortable, and convenient spatial mobility."
