After endometrial hyperplasia, how should it be treated?

Patient's question:

Please check carefully, it is endometrial hyperplasia, I don't know how to treat it well?

Doctor's answer:

(1) Ovulation-inducing drugs: Ovulation-inducing drugs include clomiphene and human chorionic gonadotropin. They are generally used for patients with mild atypical hyperplasia of the endometrium. The dosage of clomiphene is 50–100 mg, once daily, taken orally on days 5–9 of the cycle, and the medication period may be extended by 2–3 days if necessary.
(2) Progestin drugs: Progestin drugs can inhibit estrogen-induced endometrial hyperplasia. Their mechanism of action:
① By inhibiting the secretion of hypothalamic and pituitary gonadotropins, they cause serum E2 levels to rise to the level of the early follicular phase.
② By reducing the estrogen nuclear receptor levels in the endometrium.
③ By inhibiting DNA synthesis in the endometrium.
④ By enhancing the activity of estrone dehydrogenase and isocitrate dehydrogenase, thereby promoting the conversion of estradiol to weaker estrogenic forms such as estrone.
