How should abnormal leukorrhea be treated better?

Patient's question:

Age: 22, single, no sexual experience. Symptoms: Leukorrhea with a fishy odor (it seems to have been present since the early stages of puberty when menstruation began). In the past year, sometimes there has been blood in the leukorrhea between periods, with brown discharge on sanitary pads. It does not occur after every period; it is mild to moderate and more frequent. Menstruation is normal. Bowel movements are normal. No lower back pain. No history of hereditary diseases in the family. Mental state, appetite, food intake, deep sleep, physical strength, and body weight have not changed. How should abnormal leukorrhea be treated effectively?

Doctor's answer:

If leukorrhea with blood reappears during the mid-cycle, it can be considered as ovulatory bleeding. During the mid-cycle, which is the ovulation period, due to a temporary rise in estrogen levels, the endometrium loses hormonal support and part of it detaches, leading to regular vaginal bleeding, known as ovulatory bleeding. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is referred to as "intermenstrual bleeding."

2. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment: Liuwei Dihuang Wan, Gujing Wan, and Xuefu Zhuyu Wan.
