The story "I Like You" depicts the main content of a novel: two families once incomplete, a pair of innocent, lovely, and understanding children, and a harmonious class family. After the news of Xiaoya and Xuegang's parents' upcoming marriage spread, the whole class first erupted in "a chorus of cheers" to express their sincere joy and blessings. Then, they chattered excitedly, "They'll be a family from now on!" "Xiaoya will be the older sister," "Xuegang will be the younger brother," "Girls should care for boys," "Boys should protect girls," until they started singing the "Wedding March."
