Features: Management is the software of productivity, and only through management can the three elements of laborers, means of labor, and objects of labor be reasonably organized to accelerate the development of productive forces. Management science is the science that studies the objective laws in management. During the process of transforming from a traditional planned economy to a socialist market economy, as well as in the transformation of the operating mechanisms and technological innovation of state-owned enterprises, it plays an important role. Many of our dedicated individuals have gradually realized in practice that developing management science is a vital path to revitalize China. Harmony Management Theory follows the basic approach of the original Harmony Theory, which views the organizational system as an autonomous whole based on rules to consider how the organization can leverage its overall strength in a rapidly changing external environment rather than focusing on partial or overall improvements. The main feature of this theory lies in its belief that the effective resolution of management problems must adhere to dual rules: using an optimization approach to address the objective and scientific aspects, and using a reduction of uncertainty approach to handle the subjective emotional aspects, while integrating the two organically to enhance organizational effectiveness. Through the analysis of the elements of the organizational system and the emphasis on "subject harmony," Harmony Management Theory has developed a unique organizational management theory.
