Features: This study aims to understand the concern of Chinese business operators regarding compensation. In the sub-project of empirical research, a special survey and analysis were conducted. The basic methodology of this study: Building upon previous research, this study attempts to integrate relevant research findings from several aspects. It examines the physiological and psychological responses of individuals to external motivational stimuli, connecting these findings with the various issues revealed in the questionnaire and interview surveys conducted by the research team. The approach combines theory with practice, Chinese and foreign perspectives, history with reality, theoretical analysis with empirical analysis, literature research with actual investigation, and typical interview surveys with random questionnaire surveys. This method seeks to comprehensively grasp the full picture of the research subjects with minimal time and financial costs, approach the actual conditions of the research subjects, and reveal the essence of the research.
