Chapter 1 introduces the emergence and impact of green barriers. Green barriers are a type of technical trade barrier and non-tariff barrier.
Chapter 2 reviews the current international development status of green barriers. From an international perspective, green barriers mainly include international and regional environmental measures, national environmental regulations and standards, inspection and quarantine requirements, packaging and labeling requirements, voluntary measures such as ISO 4000 environmental management systems and environmental labeling.
Chapter 3 elaborates on WTO regulations and green barrier issues.
Chapter 4 reviews the current development status of green barriers in China.
Chapter 5 analyzes the impact of green barriers on China's foreign trade.
Chapter 6 proposes main countermeasures for establishing China's green barrier system.
