Features: Since 1993, China's Constitution has established the constitutional status of the market economy. As the economic system of our country, the establishment, development, and improvement of the market economy must be safeguarded by a scientific and comprehensive legal system for the market economy. The market economy refers to the general term for legal norms that regulate a certain range of economic relationships. To enable undergraduate students of economics to learn the economic laws and regulations related to the construction of the market economy within a limited time frame, we have compiled this book. In the process of writing the textbook, we first determined the target positioning for economics students learning economic law, aiming to enhance the knowledge and ability of business management personnel in pursuing transaction security and proactively preventing transaction risks. To this end, the textbook highlights practicality, practicality, and effectiveness, breaks through the limitations of traditional departmental law divisions, and incorporates some essential legal systems for transactions, such as agency, civil legal acts, and certain aspects of civil and commercial law. This allows students, even with a weak foundation in law, to grasp as much practical and actionable economic laws and regulations related to the market economy as possible.
