How long does it take to recover after pelvic adhesion surgery?

Patient's question:

I had pelvic adhesion release surgery under laparoscopy and hysteroscopy on the 16th of last month, plus left fallopian tube cyst removal, uterine expansion, and cervical adhesion resection. After taking medication, I haven't had my period yet! After the prenatal check-up on December 22nd, an ultrasound revealed uterine blood accumulation (cervical adhesion?). There was also a tubular dark area in the myometrium (right fallopian tube interstitial fluid accumulation?). And an impure cyst near the left ovary (fallopian tube blood accumulation?). During the prenatal check-up, the doctor performed a cervical expansion procedure for me! They expanded it to a 6.5mm dilator and then removed about 2cm of dark red fluid! The attending physician said the amount of blood extracted was too little and suggested a D&C (dilation and curettage)!
Will a D&C affect me? I've never been pregnant before!

Doctor's answer:

According to your description, your condition may currently be endometrial hematoma. If it relies solely on medication, it may not be able to be expelled? Suggestions: It is recommended that you still decide to undergo a D&C procedure. Otherwise, if blood remains in the uterine cavity, it will affect uterine contraction? For patients, if gynecological conditions are severe, immediate symptomatic treatment and proper medication are necessary. Otherwise, it may lead to a recurrence of gynecological diseases. Additionally, patients need to pay attention to their diet and psychological care. It is hoped that the answers to the above questions can help everyone. Thank you?
