Features: Everyone needs to choose a career, and each one desires success. However, many people initially do not know what career is suitable for them or how to design a path that leads to success. For example, during the "business fever" era, some people without commercial talent also rushed into starting companies. When graduate and university students graduate, most first choose economically developed regions and large organizations, then consider their majors and personal strengths afterward. This "follow the crowd" or "follow the trend" career selection approach, due to a lack of understanding of one's own characteristics and the environment, often makes it difficult to achieve success in one's career. To accomplish something meaningful, one must plan their career path. Therefore, we must grasp our true life mission and goals, and through the process of reflecting on our purpose, clarify our thoughts and gather the strength to move forward persistently. A person's choices in their youth must be cautious, as changing careers later is difficult and also a waste of life. In the career selection process, we must also set clear goals and take practical actions to achieve a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Moreover, since your desires and needs are constantly changing, some goals will be realized, while some activities may no longer attract you. Therefore, you must frequently reflect on your desires, revise your goals and activity lists, and review them every few weeks.
