For patients with cervical cysts, what should be avoided in diet?

Patient's question:

I got married last year. Recently, I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain, especially during my period. I'm very worried about it affecting my fertility, and I'm also extremely sensitive to cold and coldness. Could you please tell me what gynecological medication is recommended for cervical cysts?

Doctor's answer:

For scattered and relatively small cervical glandular cysts, treatment is generally not required, and annual careful examinations are sufficient. For dense and smaller Nabothian cysts or larger cysts, physical treatments such as phototherapy, laser, microwave, or cryosurgery can be considered. For larger cysts that are weakly attached to the surface of the cervix, electrocautery removal can be an option. All of the aforementioned treatments cause minimal pain and are unlikely to significantly affect daily training and life. Under long-term inflammatory stimulation, a very small number of chronic cervical inflammation patients may exhibit a tendency toward malignant transformation, so close monitoring is still necessary. Therefore, cervical cyst patients should undergo an annual Pap smear examination.
