Through the study of the General Principles of Civil Law article by article, it theoretically discusses its strengths and weaknesses and practically proposes issues to be noted in its application. To meet the requirements of WTO rules, China's legislative, administrative, and judicial authorities have comprehensively reviewed and revised the country's civil and commercial legal norms in the past two years. This book strives to reflect the latest achievements in China's civil and commercial legislation, adjudication, and legal research since China's entry into the World Trade Organization. The book consists of two parts: Part I provides interpretations of the articles of the General Principles of Civil Law. The General Principles of Civil Law has been in effect for 16 years, during which a large number of laws, administrative regulations, and judicial interpretations have been enacted. Based on these provisions, the authors provide a comprehensive interpretation of the General Principles of Civil Law article by article. Part II categorically compiles the relevant laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations under each article and item. This book combines theoretical explanations with a relatively comprehensive set of current civil norms, making it valuable for various individuals engaged in civil law theoretical research, study, and practical work.
