How to solve cervical cysts effectively

Patient's question:

Hello, I am 30 years old. Last week, I received a thorough examination at the hospital and was told I have cervical cysts. How should cervical cysts be treated?

Doctor's answer:

Hello, for scattered and relatively small cervical glandular cysts, treatment is generally not required, just annual careful examinations; for dense and small Nabothian cysts or larger cysts, physical therapy can be considered. For larger cysts that are weakly attached to the surface of the cervix, excisional treatment can be considered. Generally, if the cysts are small and show no clinical symptoms, they can be left untreated. It is rare for cysts to be smaller in diameter than 3 cm or to spontaneously rupture, causing extensive skin tearing. This may be due to deep glandular tissue, active secretion of glandular cells, and excessive tension in the cyst wall, leading to spontaneous rupture. Since the cervix has a rich blood supply, fewer elastic fibers, and poor contraction function, the resulting skin tearing can be extensive.
