Patient's question:
I got married last year. Recently, I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain, especially during my period. I'm very worried it might affect fertility, and I also feel extremely cold and afraid of the cold. If I have cervical cysts, what would be the best way to treat them?Doctor's answer:
Hello, for scattered and relatively small cervical glandular cysts, treatment is generally not required, just annual check-ups are sufficient; for dense and small Nabothian cysts or larger cysts, physical treatments such as phototherapy, laser, microwave, or cryosurgery can be considered; for larger cysts that are weakly attached to the surface of the cervix, electrocautery excision can be considered. All of the above treatments cause minimal pain and will basically never interfere with daily work and life.
