How to treat fallopian tube adhesion best

Patient's question:

How to treat tubal adhesion to open, how to treat tubal adhesion better, what method is better to treat tubal adhesion, what method is better to treat tubal adhesion, how to treat tubal adhesion to open

Doctor's answer:

Currently, there are many methods used by hospitals to treat fallopian tube adhesion, including laparoscopy, manual dilation, physical therapy, enema, and drug treatment. Based on our experience, the treatment of fallopian tube adhesion should be tailored to the location of the adhesion, considering the anatomical characteristics of each part. If the adhesion is within the fallopian tube lumen, manual dilation can be performed near the proximal end. For adhesions at the distal end of the fallopian tube or surrounding adhesions, laparoscopy is recommended.
For proximal adhesions, the best treatment method currently is hysteroscopic tubal cannulation under X-ray guidance. For distal adhesions of the fallopian tube, there is no particularly effective method. If the adhesion is not severe, treatment is generally not recommended, and pregnancy attempts can be made for 2–3 years. If infertility persists, in vitro fertilization (IVF) is advised.
