How to treat immunological infertility

Patient's question:

I've been married for several years, and so far, we don't have any children. I'm very anxious about it and don't know if it's my problem. I've asked my husband to get checked, but he refuses. I'm afraid my condition might worsen. How can immune infertility be treated effectively?

Doctor's answer:

Immunological infertility doesn't have any specific symptoms, and various antibodies are supplied quietly. Therefore, it's impossible to determine if the immune function is compromised through any symptoms. However, careful observation of patients reveals some common points among them, such as: dysmenorrhea, chest tightness, abdominal pain, frequent illness, irritability, menstrual disorders, etc. Long-term inability to conceive can also lead to endocrine system disorders. Sperm and semen contain a large amount of protein, which can be dangerous for women with sensitive constitutions if they frequently come into contact with these foreign proteins. Once these proteins are absorbed by the vagina, it's easy to produce antisperm antibodies.
