Features: The 33 participants of the third "Advanced Training Class" achieved significant improvements in their theoretical knowledge through their studies at Sun Yat-sen University and the University of Oxford. They are now capable of effectively applying public management theories to research practical issues in Chinese public management, demonstrating the principle of learning by doing.
