Features: The book "Real Estate Law" attempts to take the social relationships that occur during the operation of the real estate industry as the object of regulation for real estate law and establish its theoretical system. Certain content of the textbook has been supplemented, adjusted, deleted, and textually corrected. The chapters with significant additions and changes include: Land Acquisition Legal System; Urban Housing Demolition Legal System; Property Management Legal System; Real Estate Market Management System, etc.
