Features: To regulate the work of applying for master's degrees based on equivalent academic standing and ensure the quality of degree conferment, the 16th meeting of the State Council Academic Degrees Commission decided to introduce the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Level in the same field for applicants with equivalent academic standing. Starting from September 1, 1999, applicants for master's degrees based on equivalent academic standing must obtain the "Certificate of Qualification for the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Level in the Relevant Field" as a prerequisite for obtaining their master's degree. The purpose of the Comprehensive Academic Level Examination is to strengthen the macro-control and standardized management of the conferment of master's degrees to applicants with equivalent academic standing, and it is an important part of the national examination organized to assess the professional knowledge structure and level of applicants for master's degrees. In 1999, we organized experts to write and publish the "Outline and Guide for the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Level in Philosophy for Applicants with Equivalent Academic Standing." Over the past five years, based on the suggestions of a large number of candidates and relevant experts, we have revised this book carefully on the basis of summarizing the experience of the unified examination. This book can be used as a reference for teaching and tutoring by various institutions, as well as for candidates' review and preparation for the examination.
