How should uterine hypertrophy be treated effectively?

Patient's question:

Female, unmarried and childless, with very little menstrual flow but a long cycle. After examination, it was found that the uterus is slightly enlarged. How should uterine enlargement be treated effectively?

Doctor's answer:

Medication is suitable for mild erosion. The method is as follows: 1) Apply a 10-30% silver nitrate solution or 10% tincture of iodine with a cotton swab to the affected area carefully. After using silver nitrate, apply physiological saline to neutralize excessive silver nitrate and convert it into non-corrosive silver chloride. Apply twice a week, with 4-6 applications constituting one course. Repeat if necessary. 2) Use potassium dichromate solution with a cotton swab to carefully apply to the affected area after the menstrual period. Repeat once after the next period. This method is sometimes more effective for larger erosion areas. Before applying the medication, clean the cervical mucus with 0.1% New, place two cotton balls in the posterior fornix to prevent the medication from dripping and causing burns to the vaginal mucosa.
