How is it generally treated if there is no ovulation?

Patient's question:

I've been married for a long time, but haven't been able to get pregnant. After the check-up, it was found to be my issue, and I feel very distressed. I asked the doctor, "What is the general treatment for anovulation?"

Doctor's answer:

The main reasons for anovulation are as follows:
1. Hypothalamic disorders. These are divided into functional and organic categories. The former include idiopathic hypothalamic amenorrhea, psychogenic amenorrhea, functional hyperprolactinemia, and anorexia nervosa. The latter include hypothalamic tumors, post-encephalitis, and post-head trauma.
2. Pituitary dysfunction. Pituitary adenomas, Sheehan syndrome, tuberculosis or syphilitic granulomas.
3. Ovarian dysfunction. This includes primary ovarian amenorrhea and secondary amenorrhea. The former includes conditions like Turner syndrome. The latter includes premature ovarian failure, organic damage to the ovaries, such as loss of function after radiation exposure, and destruction caused by tumors or inflammation.
