How should the treatment be better for oligospermia?

Patient's question:

Hello doctor, I have recently experienced a decrease in sperm count during sexual activity, so I would like to know how to treat oligospermia effectively.

Doctor's answer:

Azoospermia is commonly caused by poor sperm production function in the testes, resulting in a low number of sperm. Individuals with azoospermia often have small testes with soft texture. In some cases, the testes are normal and can produce sufficient sperm, but the ducts that deliver sperm are not fully unobstructed, preventing all sperm from being expelled, which leads to azoospermia. In very few young men, azoospermia is caused by excessive sexual activity. They mistakenly believe that increasing the frequency of sexual intercourse increases the chances of conception, but ironically, this leads to azoospermia.
