Management is a theoretical knowledge and an art in practice, and for those who are skilled in it, it is also a philosophy of dealing with the world. This book selects 28 common challenges faced by managers, such as leadership, execution, the dilemmas of middle-level managers, task division, and project management. For each problem, a concise and compelling story is used to introduce the topic, combining storytelling with reasoning, aiming to help readers understand rigorous management knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere.
