How to treat menopausal syndrome well

Patient's question:

I used to be a very calm person, but recently I can't control my temper and always argue with my family. I seem to dislike everything. What's going on with me? Please ask: How can one treat menopausal syndrome well?

Doctor's answer:

Menopausal syndrome is a series of symptoms caused by the rise in estrogen levels. Due to the decline in ovarian function, the pituitary gland becomes tense and excretes excessive gonadotropins, leading to dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. This results in a series of varying symptoms, such as menstrual changes, flushing, palpitations, neurasthenia, fatigue, depression, excessive worry, emotional instability, irritability, and difficulty concentrating, which are collectively referred to as menopausal syndrome. The majority of women experience a gradual decline in ovarian function, and the body's self-adjustment and compensation are sufficient to restore this change, or they may only have mild symptoms.
