What are the symptoms of leukorrhea increase?

Patient's question:

I got married last year. Recently, I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain, especially during my period. I'm very worried about it affecting my fertility, and I'm also extremely sensitive to cold and coldness. If there's an increase in leukorrhea, what symptoms would I experience?

Doctor's answer:

Common causes of increased vaginal discharge include:
① During candidiasis (yeast infection), the discharge may be yellow or white, mostly viscous, sometimes thin, and typically appears like cottage cheese or curd-like.
② In trichomoniasis, the discharge is thin and purulent, yellow, foamy, or like dirty water (grayish-white), with a foul odor.
③ With cervical erosion, the discharge is usually yellow, viscous like mucus, and generally odorless.
④ In gonorrhea, the discharge is purulent and yellow.
⑤ During endometritis or other pelvic inflammatory diseases, the discharge may increase continuously, turning yellow, thin, and often accompanied by abdominal pain.
⑥ With fallopian tube cancer, due to tumor stimulation of the fallopian tube epithelium and necrosis of inflammatory tissue, watery discharge may reappear persistently. The recurrence of increased vaginal discharge severely interferes with women's health.
