Additionally, there are still many areas in China's existing legal system that need improvement. How to correctly understand and accurately apply the law has become an urgent issue before us. To enable readers to accurately understand the specific content and judicial application of China's laws, and to help judicial and law enforcement workers better understand the legislative intent of laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations, we have organized experts from the legal and judicial fields, as well as experienced lawyers, to compile this series of "Legal Express" books.
This series is a highly practical and popular legal reading material. Our goal is to interpret laws and legal principles in a lively and engaging manner, better promote socialist democracy and the rule of law, and improve the overall quality and legal awareness of the general public. This series has the following main features:
First, the rationality of case selection. Currently, China has promulgated tens of thousands of laws and regulations, which has made it extremely inconvenient for citizens to learn and use the law. Therefore, this series primarily selects typical and classic cases that are highly influential, widely representative, and closely related to the production and daily lives of the general public for detailed explanations. This allows readers to grasp relevant legal knowledge effectively in a relatively short period of time.
Second, the readability of case content. As a popular reading material, the series features vivid and clear writing, especially the cases selected are highly typical and representative.
