Features: To regulate the professional practice of certified asset appraisers, since 2001, the Ministry of Finance and China Appraisal Association have successively issued seven asset appraisal standards projects, including two basic standards. The construction of asset appraisal standards is a long-term process. China Appraisal Association will promptly develop new standards projects in accordance with the requirements of the basic standards and the needs of appraisal business development, and will also revise the issued standards projects in a timely manner as needed.
