Although China and Russia are both countries undergoing economic restructuring, China, as the largest and most representative restructuring country, has chosen a different model and path compared to Russia. In this context, studying the similarities, differences, and pros and cons of economic restructuring in China and Russia, especially providing an objective and correct evaluation and judgment of Russia's economic restructuring, is beneficial to China both in terms of learning from experience and drawing lessons. This book is a of the author's long-term research on Russia's (Soviet Union's) economic reforms, economic restructuring, and economic development. It is called a "" because Russia's economic restructuring, as a process, is still ongoing and far from completion. This book focuses on summarizing and organizing the author's years of research on Russia's (Soviet Union's) economy and economic reforms, with a particular emphasis on Russia's economic restructuring process and economic development up to the end of 2013. It aims to provide readers with the latest research findings and accessible new data, clearly outlining the basic framework of Russia's economic restructuring and economic development. As for the future trends of Russia's economic restructuring and economic development, they will be the subject of the next book and the task to be completed.
