Features: French Thought Review is a part of the Tongji·French Culture Series, edited by the Research Center for French Thought and Culture at Tongji University. It primarily publishes academic papers on the study of French thought and culture from both domestic and international scholars. Published annually in the form of an annual, it focuses on different research topics each volume. French Thought Review, Volume collects most of the conference papers from the "Enlightenment and Contemporary French Philosophy International Academic Symposium," held upon the establishment of the Research Center for French Thought and Culture at Tongji University in October 2004. This includes several papers by renowned French and German scholars who attended the symposium, published in Chinese, French, and German. We sincerely hope that this will promote comprehensive research on French thought and culture within the academic community and foster intellectual exchange between China and France.
