Foods that promote sperm growth

Patient's question:

How can we eat certain foods in daily life to promote sperm growth? Not sure what to eat is good?

Doctor's answer:

Common foods rich in vitamin E include: corn oil, peanut oil, and sesame oil. Spinach leaves and orange peels also contain high levels of vitamin E, and almost all leafy green vegetables are rich in vitamin E. Dairy products, eggs, and fish liver oil also contain a certain amount of vitamin E. Animal-based foods such as meat and fish, as well as fruits and other non-leafy vegetables, contain very little vitamin E. Vegetables such as lettuce, cabbage, and cauliflower are among those with relatively high vitamin E content. Celery, chili peppers, and tomatoes, among others.
