Features: This book examines the issue of capital flow from the perspective of the social reproduction process and its interrelationships among various stages, which is inherently exploratory. It can be described as an adventure in the vast sea of knowledge, the novelty and difficulty of which are self-evident. I deeply feel that there are still many issues that have not been elaborated clearly, and I often felt overwhelmed during the writing process. The book leans more towards fundamental theory, with weaker application analysis. The focus of capital flow analysis in this book is macroscopic. In its theoretical models, it combines economic variables such as investment and consumption with financial variables such as debt and equity for analysis. It differs from the income-expenditure model, which ignores the flow of funds between sectors, as well as from the input-output model, which only focuses on the physical flow between sectors. Instead, it presents a macro model that integrates both physical and capital flows.
