Features: Companies must ensure their talent pool precedes their business development to adapt more quickly to competitive markets and achieve growth. Therefore, three key tasks must be addressed:
First, supervision and guidance. Training organizers should supervise and guide the implementation of training, focusing on arranging and coordinating the sequence of course content.
Second, analyzing and revising evaluation criteria. Based on feedback, the original evaluation criteria should be analyzed and revised to ensure objective and fair assessment of training effectiveness.
Third, evaluating training effectiveness. The evaluation of training effectiveness includes two aspects: the assessment of the training itself and the behavior demonstrated by trainees after the training. The entire evaluation process can be divided into three stages:
Stage 1, focuses on assessing whether the course content is appropriate, through organizing discussions with trainees to gather their feedback.
Stage 2, evaluates trainees' learning outcomes and academic performance using various assessment methods and tools.
Stage 3, assesses training effectiveness after the training concludes by evaluating trainees' job performance. This involves comparing their work attitudes, proficiency, and work results before and after the training.
