Features: In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific and standardized references for vocational education, vocational training, and occupational skill assessment, the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association commissioned the Industrial Vocational Skill Assessment Guidance Center to organize relevant experts to formulate the "Chemical Three-Waste Treatment Worker Chemical Industry Occupational Standard."
1. This "Standard" aims to objectively reflect the current level of this occupation and the requirements for practitioners. On the basis of fully considering the impact of economic development, technological progress, and industrial structure changes on this occupation, it has clearly defined the scope of occupational activities, work content, skill requirements, and knowledge level.
2. The formulation of this "Standard" follows the requirements of the "Technical Procedures for National Occupational Standards," ensuring the standardization of its format while reflecting the characteristics of being occupation-oriented and skill-focused. It also maintains flexibility and practicality for adjustments based on technological advancements, meeting the needs of training, assessment, and employment.
3. According to relevant regulations, this "Standard" divides the occupation into five levels, covering four aspects: occupational overview, basic requirements, work requirements, and weight tables.
4. This "Standard" was completed through the joint efforts of various experts and practitioners.
